The kids and I recently had a wonderful time hanging out with our buds the Moons on Thursday, June 10. It has been awhile since hanging out so it was great to be together again. As always Jenn got some amazing pictures of our time together and I wanted to share them.
During our visit we went for a walk and visited the local ducks that live right next to our house. They are very friendly and love a free meal. Brittney and Evan had a blast feeding them.
Then we headed to the neighborhood park. It is amazing to see all the new things Evan enjoys doing. He is growing up very quickly. He can now go on the big slide all by himself. The picture below is cute, you can see Brittney cheering him on.
He loved this slide, and went down a lot. His favorite was going down on his tummy. :)
After the slide the next big thing was the wood chips. The kids were enjoying throwing them in the air like snow. Jenn captured some fabulous pictures of this activity. First they picked up the wood chips as seen below.
Then they threw them in the air!
Then they went back for more. :)
The girls were just sleeping/hanging out in their strollers during the fun.
The final highlight of our big walk was that the kids got to run home.
This was good for the children and the mommies as we hoped for nice long naps in the afternoon. :) Love you Moons!
