Part two of our big trip.
We were also able to visit some of my former co-workers at CSU, Long Beach. From left to right, top row, Wally, Pawan, Julie, Aaron, Sally, Beri, bottom row, Janice, Maryann, Evan, me, Evie and Jim. It was so great to see all of them and catch up. Go Beach! :) We tried to wear our gold and black.
Noemi, Lily and Alexa arrived a little later that morning.
We also got to see our wonderful friends, Megan and Ryan, and their new bundle of joy Senna Ann.
Here are the girls with their babies.
Jim and I holding Senna. Seems like just yesterday that both Evan and Evie were that little.
After these too visits, we headed to Riverside for the final leg of our stay. No Southern California visit would be complete without seeing our family there. This was the first time most of them got to meet Evie. The cousins were super excited and rushed out to the car when we got there. It was precious!
Here are most of the second cousins. Robert loved holding Evan and Emma loved holding Evie.
Emma had a special girl bond with Evie. Here they are together with Aunt Kathy. Evie loved smiling and talking to Emma.
Here is a picture of Andrew too, he came to the party a little later. :) Such a sweetie!
We all had so a great time during our visit, Bob and Debbie hosted us at their home for a lovely dinner, some exquisite dessert by Jim's sister, and some quality play time for the kids. Evan really had a blast. Here they all are playing in the backyard.
More pictures of Evie with the family, Bob and Megan.
Then of course Aunt Kathy, Becky and Debbie with Evie. She was kind of losing at this point as it was getting close to bedtime; she really does love all of them. :)
During our trip to Riverside, Evie also got lots of love from Grandma Knight and Aunt Alison.
We love our family so much and can't wait to see you again soon. Thank you for an amazing visit as always!
