Final Birthday Fun!

On Saturday, August 21, Evan got to visit with Pops and GrandDeb and get some additional birthday presents, which he loved!  Here he is with Pops and one of his favorite gifts a snake.  He wasn't sure what to think of it at first as you can see in the picture below; it feels pretty real.  Thank goodness the color isn't realistic too.  Evan loves it now, along with the fun stringy ball in the foreground, some awesome punch balloons also pictured, a cool harmonic, and many other great gifts.  Thank you so much Pops and GrandDeb!

That day we also got to visit with Aunt Cathy and Cousin Kendra who were visiting from Hemet (Kendra will be moving to Roseville in a few short weeks- we are very excited).  Here they are with Evie, who was enjoying Aunt Cathy's bracelet.

Lastly, on Thursday, August 26, Evan got a kick out of all of his birthday stickers that came with his birthday cards and insisted on wearing them all on his arms.  He was determined to have every sticker attached.

Here is the final product.

He actually kept the stickers on for most of the day, even slept with them during his nap.  I was impressed.  Look at this boy- sooooo cool!
