Evan is now three weeks old. Wow- how time flies! At this point, we are gradually starting to develop some kind of schedule with his eating and sleeping. The routine has been, we feed him he falls asleep then we go to lay him down and he instantly greets us with his big blue eyes wanting to hang out some more. :) More fun things at three weeks; he is starting to recognize the things around him such as both Mom and Dad and his toys. In particular on his ocean-themed swing, he loves to look at the light and fishes that turn while he enjoys the ride. He also has been noticing some fun new sounds- crinkle, rattle and jingle that are attached to some of his play things. Specifically the toys you can hang from a car seat. We just added them to give him something else to concentrate on when we are driving. He especially likes when Mom and Dad make the toys crinkle or jingle. Overall, he continues to get bigger each day filling out his newborn clothes more and more. Here is a video of him in action at three weeks after his actual birth day.
