Three Months Old

Evie is three months old today and we continue to be blessed by her in countless ways. She is also more beautiful than ever. Some of her new accomplishments include:

-Her gorgeous smile is there for us to see everyday
-She loves to talk to us too. We get to hear the sweetest little coos.
-She really is enjoying her big brother and gets the biggest kick out of him. Evan likes her a whole lot too. His favorite thing is to point out her noise, hug her, kiss her, and tickle her. He even tries to calm her down if she is crying by patting her and rocking her carseat. It is the cutest thing.
-Evie is very strong and likes to work on strengthening her muscles daily. She kicks her feet and waves her arms in the air with passion! :)
-During the day she is a pretty awesome sleeper and Mommy is able to get chores done, emails, blog posts, etc. on most days. Evening time seems to be her fussy period. The time when she tells us hold me or else!
-She was doing really great with sleep at night, however, she got sick with RSV and hasn't been able to breath as clearly and has a little cough. This has kept her sleeping very erratically and not as peaceful. Hopefully when this is over she will be back to sleeping more through the night. Now she gets up about three times. Thank goodness for nursing in bed.
-Her sleeping is very good for the most part. But, the sickness did effect this for awhile too.
-Overall, she is the best three month old and we just love her to pieces.
-My current favorite thing about her is the twinkle that she gets in her eyes when she smiles. It is truly such a taste of heaven. God is so good and has provided us with the most amazing gift.
