Beginning of Summer Fun

The kids have been having lots of fun as the weather has been heating up.  Here they are with their new Old Navy flip flops on April 22.  This is Evie's first official pair.  She enjoys wearing them, but with most shoes these days they come off pretty quickly.  She enjoys having no shoes on best.  However, we tell her she needs to ask us before taking them off.  This works most of the time. Evan calls his flip flops "rocket flip flops."  As they help him to run super fast!  

   

On April 29 the kids got to have fun with water at our friend's the Rhodes house.  They were both excited to put on their new swim suits too.  Pictured below are Hannah, Andrew and Evie.

We were recently blessed to receive this wonderful bike trailer from our amazing friends the Waltons.  The kids love it, especially Evie who is pictured below riding in the trailer.  Here we all are on May 5 testing it out.         

Evan can ride in it too, but he chose to ride his bike as he continues to want to ride with no training wheels.

Here is Daddy ready to ride.  His bike was excited to get on the rode again too, we haven't all been bike riding in some time.  Mommy of course had to wait and walked along side, but once baby is born we look forward to many more future family bike trips.

On May 12 we attended the Roseville, Berry Festival.  Here are the kids and Daddy after they bounced away in this cool train/Thomas Bounce House.  They loved it!

They also all got to go on this Race Car/Train Ride around the Festival.  They were super excited!

We all had fun at the Berry Festival and got some delicious strawberries, but it was super hot this day and choose to only be there a couple of hours.  We didn't feel too bad though, because we attended using a Groupon and got in two for one and kids were free!
