We had a great time on Saturday, May 8 at the Roseville Strawberry Festival at the Placer County Fairgrounds. The weather was perfect...sunny with a nice breeze. We all got decked out in our red wear. Evie however, was probably dressed the best as always these days. However, we all tried to get in on the fun and the spirit of the strawberry. :)
We purchased some delicious strawberries from farmers in Nipomo. They were huge and tasted so sweet!
Evan also got to check out some cool hot rods with Daddy. There was even one that kind of resembled Lightning McQueen...
and Ramone.
Evan also got to see some animals. He is loving making animal sounds these days and really enjoyed seeing them in real life.
Of course Evie had a big day too. She got to ride in the stroller like a big girl for the first time. She really enjoyed looking at all the sites. She still looks so tiny in there. Don't you just love that hat?!?!
Overall, we had a great time at the festival and love that we can enjoy these events in our community.
Last but not least, I leave you with our little strawberry and say hooray for Roseville and Strawberries!
