Four Months Old

Our little girl turned four months old on Mother's Day, May 9. Time continues to fly by, hence my lateness in posting this blog.  We are working to cherish every moment of our little Evie's life.

To date she can do the following:
-ROLL OVER!  She was working on this for awhile, but now is a rolling champ.  She loves to move around.  We are anxious to see if she will crawl and walk early like Evan.  So far she is pretty much doing many of the same things.  I guess we just have kids who always want to be somewhere. :)

-She loves to talk to us and can be found having conversations frequently. :)

-She blows bubbles and makes a mooter boat type sound too!  So adorable.

-She continues to eat very well and is down to about six meals a day.

-Sleep is going pretty good.  She is not totally sleeping through the night yet, but will only wake up to eat. This is good for all of us at the moment. :)  She does however, sleep in her own room now and is adjusting nicely to her crib.

-She loves to play with her toys; and favorites at this time seem to be anything she can chew on, pull on and move with her hands.  (She loves the rings and her activity center with the dangling objects- these are the best!)

-She also is noticeably starting to teeth and loves chewing on her hands, fingers, and blankets.

-Evie enjoys smiling. Every time we get a glimpse of that beautiful smile we melt.  Her eyes just light up!

-She laughs now too and enjoys getting tickled.

-Evie likes to watch things that are going on around her and in the Ergo can be found looking to the side so she can see where Mommy is going.  She is very inquisitive.

-She enjoys tummy time and is quite strong.  She can lift her head up pretty good.

Here are some of her recent pictures.  As you can see by the amount we just can't get enough of her cuteness.  We love you Evie!
