This past weekend we were in Sacramento for my brother, Rhett's finance's Bridal Shower, hosted by my Mom and Grandma. It was a great event. My brother is soon to be married to Debra Fraley on Sunday, May 18th. This shower was a nice opportunity to meet Debra's family and friends and have lots of girly fun in the process!
Below is a picture of Debra holding the bow bouquet that I made her at the shower and a real bouquet given by my brother's co-worker Terri.
This picture is of the two mom's together at the event. Both looking radiant with the bride -to-be, this was taken right before the cake cutting!
Here are the bridesmaids along with Debra and her mom, holding the beautiful necklace that we received from the bride to be worn on the big day! From left to right, Debra's mom Betty, her sister and maid of honor, Laura, Debra, me, and her brother's girlfriend, Tulsie.
During our visit we also got to do a little baby browsing the Friday before the party, with my Dad and Mom at a store called Goores. Jim and I price checked our desired baby furniture by Cocoon and it appears they are selling it cheaper than what we previously found at U.S.A. Baby and set up a registry for it there too!
We also got to hang out with Jim's Dad and and wife Deb. Baby boy Knight got spoiled again; each set of grandparents surprised us with some adorable clothes. You can see them pictured below. The first batch is from Pops and GrandDeb Knight and the other is from Grandma and Grandpa Thompson. Thank you so much- we love them and know our baby will be styling! Note the adorable Oakland A's overalls (Jim's Dad is a huge fan!). Gotta love it!
We had to get a shot of both the front and back of the below outfits. You will see why! Soooo cute!
