Happy St. Pat's Birthday Jim!

Today is Jim's birthday and while the weekend of celebration started out beautifully the actual birth"day" was a little nutty. Beginning with the fact that our plumbing clogged up last night in the shower and we also had a baby's doctor appointment, not to mention that work for both of us was really busy as Monday's tend to be. However, nevertheless, we were determined to make sure Jim had a fabulous birthday and I think we did it!

The partying began on Sunday, Jim's mom and sister joined us for lunch, an afternoon of gifts and cake and then a night out at the Curtain Call Dinner Theater to see Forever Plaid.

On Jim's actual birthday, St. Patrick's Day, I surprised Jim by pulling some of our friends together for a very last minute dinner (I called them all at about 4:30 p.m. to be exact and the dinner was at 6:00 p.m. that night). Thanks Corey, Kimberly, Dan, Melissa and Catherine. You guys rock! Jim had a great time and was truly surprised! After dinner, B.J.'s gave Jim a complimentary Pizookie which you will see Jim blowing out the candle below.

We then had a wonderful night out with our friends Lalani and Chris on Saturday, March 22 at the Lazy Dog Cafe! It was fabulous and we even got a free appetizer since it was Jim's birthday! Below you can see the nifty gift Jim received. He even tried it out that night. He loves anything that flies.
