Evan turned five on Wednesday, August 7. He was so excited to finally be 5. He started his day with a bang! Jim and I surprised him in the night with decorating his door with streamers and balloons.
It was a great surprise he and Evie when he woke up both loved it! We also hung up his birthday party decorations and had them all ready for when he woke up on his acutal birthday. He was so happy! Here he is in the morning after seeing everything.
Then we got to go play at Wacky Tacky with his best buds the Pray Family! Wacky Tacky was so sweet they gave him a present, and didn't want Evie to feel left out and gave her one too.
Then later in the afternoon it was fun time with Evie and Elaine.
Then presents with Daddy when he got home from work.
The big surprise present for Evan's 5th Birthday was a brand new 16 inch bike! Look how happy he is testing it out.
Then it was off to a birthday dinner at Islands. It was hard to pull him away from the new gifts especially his bike, but we managed.

Happy 5th Birthday to the most amazing boy God could have ever blessed our family with. We love you so much Evan and you are more than we could have imagined. Thank you for making us so very proud and happy every day. Love you son!!!
