2 Month Doctor's Appointment

Evan had his two month doctor's appointment with his new pediatrician on Wednesday, October 8. He did fabulous. We were nervous because we knew he would be getting his first vaccines, three shots and one oral vaccine in all. Like always Evan never lets us down and he was super. He enjoyed the oral vaccine, thought that was yummy, but did cry with the shots. Mommy and Daddy held his hands to try to comfort him. Once he got his final circle band aide and we picked him up he stopped crying. So brave! During the beginning of the appointment he was the most adorable little boy smiling and cooing at the doctor. This was because he just loves to be naked and in his diaper. Gotta love it! Evan now has a male doctor, Dr. Trude. Jim and I liked him and look forward to future visits. Evan returns to the doctor at four months. Stats at this appointment were as follows: Weight 11 lbs. 9.5 oz. and Height 22.5 in.
